This delicious meal takes less than ten minutes to prep, is cheap, and feeds a crowd!
Place pork roast and dried beans in slow cooker.
Pour in broth and water.
Add in onions, diced green chilis, garlic, and taco seasoning.
Turn slow cooker on to low and cook for 6-8 hours
Once pork can be easily pulled apart with fork, shred pork and stir.
Remove excess liquid if desired.
Serve over rice, chips, in tortillas, or Navajo fry bread. Garnish with cheese, lettuce, olives, tomatoes, radishes, onions, etc.
