Ozobot Review {Ozobot Starter Pack}
Our world is changing rapidly and I want my kids to be able to keep up with the growing technology without having their faces buried in screens all day long. I am always on the lookout for fun, imaginative toys that will teach my children about STEM. When I read about the Ozobot on Timberdoodle’s website, I ordered it immediately.
Ozobot is a mini programmable robot that will teach your kids the basics of coding.
Ozobot comes with 20+ premade codes for the Ozobot to follow. The robot will follow the black lines and change color as it goes over each different colored line.
The instructions are clear and easy to follow. The Ozobot Starter Pack comes with premade tracks for the robot to follow as well as three different ways to program it.
Kids can use the included colored markers,
the included stickers, or the OzoBlockly app. The Ozobot Starter Kit requires a one-time upgrade to use the app. I have not tried this feature out yet.

The Ozobot is sure to delight and engage a child new to programming. My 10 to 13-year-olds have loved using this and designing their own courses for the robot to follow. My six-year-old enjoys putting the Ozoboton the premade course.
Pros:
- fun for kids
- easy to use
- worth the price ($49.99)
- works for a variety of ages
- potential to grow with the child
- teaches basic programming
Cons:
- somewhat limited for robot
Conclusion:
My kids enjoyed these, I found them affordable and don’t really have anything I would want to change. For this reason, I am giving the Ozobot Starter Pack a 5 out of 5 stars.
