Dragon Books for Everyone
Whether you are learning about history (hello medieval knights and dragons), love How to Train Your Dragon, have a little one interested in dragons, or like me, believe fire-breathing dragons are mentioned in the Bible (hello, Job chapter 41) I’ve got a book for you!

There Was an Old Dragon Who Swallowed a Knight
This fun board book is in the tradition and cadence of There Was an Old Woman Who Swallowed a Fly. It is a fun updated version of an old classic. Any toddler or preschooler who enjoys dragons or knights will be a fan of this book.

My Magical Dragon is a fun push, pull, and slide board book with lots of activities for little fingers. This is from the same series as My Magical Mermaid which I reviewed here.

“Baby Dragon loves to swoop and soar through the kingdom, which can cause quite a stir. But one little girl is up for the challenge of spending the day with Baby Dragon, and the two embark upon an exciting journey through the kingdom, where they run and race and climb and explore–and eventually even take the time to relish a quiet moment.”

Dragons Love Tacos
Slightly older kids will enjoy the classics Dragons Love Tacos and Dragons Love Tacos 2: a Sequel. “Dragons love tacos. They love chicken tacos, beef tacos, great big tacos, and teeny tiny tacos. So if you want to lure a bunch of dragons to your party, you should definitely serve tacos. Buckets and buckets of tacos. Unfortunately, where there are tacos, there is also salsa. And if a dragon accidentally eats spicy salsa . . . oh, boy. You’re in red-hot trouble.”

Dragon’s Breath
“What happens when a Dragon doesn’t brush his teeth? Well…we all heard about the ”dragon’s breath’’. That’s why learning proper dental care is really important for a little boy and his friend Dragon Joe.
* Teach the importance of brushing teeth in a cute and fun way
* Create more positive attitudes in preschoolers
* Perfect book for kids who love dragons
*Solutions that help keep teeth clean and healthy“

Attack of the Underwear Dragon
“Sir Percival is a great knight in every way, except for one thing: He is terrified that an Underwear Dragon will come and destroy the kingdom. But when the unthinkable happens, Cole is the only knight left standing (and just an assistant knight at that!) Cole must use all of his newly acquired skills to battle the fearsome dragon and avoid a catastrophe. Luckily, an unfortunate underwear mishap changes everything and Cole triumphs in this hilarious and triumphant tale!”
The Complete Book of Dragons: A Guide to Dragon Species

“This guide is a must-have for fans of the New York Times bestselling How to Train Your Dragon series that inspired the hit movie and TV show. This gift book features all of the dragon species from the series plus brand-new ones created just for this book, with color illustrations of each and everyone!”
Sir Cumference and the Dragon of Pi

Why not throw in a little math learning while your kids are investigating dragons? This book explains the concept of circumference, pi, radius, and diameter all in the backdrop of a fun story.
