Apollo is sick. He began vomiting last night and now has a fever. I’m obviously spending my time focusing on him and praying this doesn’t turn into anything respiratory. He has a damaged airway so anything respiratory puts him at risk. So far, no coughing, running nose, etc.

We all just got over the flu, which seems to be running rampant . . . I hope it’s over in less than five days, the length of time it took us to recover. For fevers, we like to put cold (but not icy) wet clothes on lower calves, wrists, and foreheads–sometimes can avoid bringing it down with ibuprofen that way . . . hope he is his perky self again soon!
Praying for Apollo. So sorry to hear he’s sick.
I’ll be lifting sweet Apollo up in prayer. I’m hoping that he’ll soon be on the road to recovery and that it doesn’t go through the whole family. Prayers for you and Chuck too. Blessings…

Hoping and praying for a speedy recovery. We have all had something similar over the past week and our 22mth old is the last one fighting it. Its hard to get fluids into a little one when they are feeling so miserable. I think this is one of the biggest challenges with having a large family especially when everyone gets sick at the same time. God bless xo
